Andy White, Founder and Executive Director of Elite Sports Academy, has dedicated over 20 years to mentoring young athletes. In 2015, he combined his passion for sports and community to establish ESA, where he leads with a focus on shaping its vision, building relationships, and creating opportunities for youth development.
Paul Hernandez
Director of Business Development
Paul joins Elite Sports Academy's as the Director of Business Development, combining his expertise in sales & marketing along with a decade of coaching experience, and a passion for creating opportunities that align with ESA’s mission to inspire and support families through sports and community.
Dareyion Franklin
Program Director
Coach Dareyion has been an integral part of Elite Sports Academy since 2017, quickly becoming a cornerstone of our program and rising to the role of Program Director.
