Andy White, Founder and Executive Director of Elite Sports Academy, has dedicated over 20 years to coaching and inspiring young athletes. Growing up in Arizona, Andy developed a lifelong love for sports and a passion for mentoring, which he carried with him to Arizona State University, where he earned his degree. In 2015, driven by his desire to make a meaningful impact, Andy left his career at Nike, Inc. to launch ESA.

 

As Executive Director, Andy leads the development of strategies for growth and overall direction, oversees board development, drives fundraising initiatives, and cultivates relationships with foundation supporters and sponsors to ensure the continued

success and expansion of ESA.

What started as a single camp with just 50 participants has grown tremendously, with six locations and serving nearly 900 children going through the program just last year alone. Under Andy’s leadership, ESA has become a place where kids can unlock their potential, foster a love for sports, and develop valuable life skills.

 

When he’s not at ESA, Andy enjoys watching & playing sports, vacationing with friends and family, and spending time with

his wife, Amy, and their two children, Jalen and Ariana. 

 

His dedication to empowering children and fostering stronger communities continues to drive ESA's mission forward.
